These panels are originally from Raw #1, The Graphix Magazine of Postponed Suicides. My copy is from the Read Yourself Raw compilation from 1987. You really owe it to yourself to seek out this comic by the Friedman duo, as it is arguably the most blistering satire on race relations in America.
