I debated what kind of card Bush would be holding, and the Suicide King won out over The Joker. It was done before we invaded Iraq, over 2 years ago.

When Bush was initially installed by The Dirty Five, I remember telling Mrs. Hill "That decision is going to result in massive bloodshed."

Bush and Death are the best of friends, and I didn't have the slightest doubt it would be his legacy.

Nobody ever said prescience was fun.
