I found you on UrantianSojurn. Gary was brilliant blues player. Glad you posted him. Some things come purely from the heart and soul, like blues. I've been playing 'em 56 years. Mike Phillips gospel-parallels.net
Geeeee....I missed this sad news, and just noticed the passing of Gary Moore. What a guitar player!
I was actually into his solo work more than his stuff with Thin Lizzy.
I loved STILL GOT THE BLUES FOR YOU, a great record from almost 20 years ago....George Harrison played on it as well. Also a version Baby Please Stop Messin' Around, the old Fleetwood Mac song....if I recall the album was dedicated to Peter Green, the Mac's founder.
Moore also worked with Jack Bruce and Ginger Baker, "Quasi Cream", I guess.
This St Patrick's Day, have a cold one in memeory of this great one.

Hey Michael, thanks for stopping by. I was never much of a Thin Lizzy fan, but I love Gary's playing.
